Jen is the Head of Collections & Discovery at the University of Northern Colorado. She has held several titles in her almost 20 years at that institution, but is thrilled that she has always been able to keep electronic resources and serials as a part of her work. Jen's newest work adventures include managing a massive print deselection process (after more than 30 year of no deselection what so ever) and humbling learning about decolonizing collection development.
